This mouth rinse is an alcohol-free blend of 100% pure, natural ingredients: coconut, sesame, & sunflower oils for a clean mouth and healthy gums, along with peppermint essential oil for fresh breath.
Swishing GuruNanda Original Pulling Oil helps deep clean your mouth, aids in saliva production, promotes plaque removal, and supports healthy teeth and gums, for a brighter smile and fresher breath.
Shake well. Swish 10–15 mL for at least 2 minutes. Spit and rinse thoroughly with water, do not swallow. Always brush with the GuruNanda Butter on Gums Toothbrush and Neem toothpaste after use. For a complete Ayurvedic routine, tongue scraping is recommended.
