1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:

    Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

    The item must be in its original packaging.

    Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, any opened or used health, wellness, or baby supplement products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide you with detailed shipping instructions and the designated return address.

    Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or return address without prior authorization.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

    Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received, damaged, or defective product).

    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved.

    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. 6. Exchanges
